Protecting Your Skin

sun

Our skin starts to grow old as soon as we are born but it is not seen in a flash and the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) announce some healthy skincare tips like the best way to care and protect our skin so that it will look younger is to stay away from the sun.
The sun has damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays that can cause wrinkles, dryness, and age spots. Too much exposure from the sun can cause sunburn, skin texture changes, dilated blood vessels, and skin cancers. So I'm here to offer some healthy skincare tips.
Keeping away from the sun, on the other hand, is not always ideal or realistic. Less exposure to sunlight will enervate the body and may not result to a healthy skincare. To reduce the danger of skin damage, the American Academy Dermatologist offers the following information, always put on sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Always wear hat with a brim and wear other protective clothing when your expose directly to the sun to have a healthy skincare. Other healthy skincare tips are don't deliberately sunbathe since you are directly expose to the sun and try to avoid sun exposure between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a healthy skincare.
