We already mentioned the advantages of exercise. Now, here's an advice on how to integrate physical activity into your daily life. Even if you’re too busy with your work or your studies, walking everyday is one physical activity you can easily obtain.
We're not talking about getting your time out of your hectic schedule to work out, that's important too, but introduce to your life a limb-saving movement into your walking hours.
"Just move and go hiking or walking everyday during phone calls, while you're brushing your teeth, while watching your son's soccer game," remember that every 50 steps a person takes is 1 calorie burned. There are a lot of ways to apply this healthy practice in our day to day life, walking everyday is an opportunity for us not to take for granted.
An eight-year study about people walking everyday, of 13,000 people also showed that, those people who walked 30 minutes daily had a drastically reduced chance of premature death compared with those who rarely exercised. And there are a lot of advantages and opportunities for us if we practice walking everyday, for example taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the store, window shopping at the mall, leaving your desk and visit your co-worker instead of sending him an email and just sitting down and walking everyday and talking with friends instead of meeting for a meal.
